• Marketing messages are sent only with your explicit opt-in.
• You may opt out anytime by replying STOP or contacting us.

We do not use WhatsApp for sending spam, bulk unsolicited messages, illegal content, or prohibited categories as per WhatsApp Business Terms.

5. Payments & Refunds

5.1 Payment Methods

We may accept online payments through UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, Wallets, or any method supported by our payment gateway partners.

5.2 Payment Security

Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store card numbers, CVV, or UPI PIN.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the project or service. For digital services or custom development work, refunds may not be applicable once work has commenced. Any refund, if applicable, will be processed within 3–7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, website content, graphics, code, and digital materials created by or for Code Nest Technologies are our intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

7. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Service interruptions, server downtime, or communication delays.
• Third-party issues including payment gateway failures or WhatsApp outages.
• Losses resulting from misuse of our website or services.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, if applicable.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Misuse our communication channels or digital platforms

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Tamil Nadu.
